This item is of high quality however, the functionality is not as good as what was anticipated. The Towel continually slips off unless you take extra effort to make sure it stays put. Perhaps this would have worked better if the upward prong was not rounded on top? Have seen others that work much better that are not rounded on top. Should have returned and ordered another model put didn't feel like making the effort.

Product is as expected. Beautiful accessory piece that matches other bathroom accessory fixtures. A very good buy.

I bought four of these..I used two to hang a fancy step ladder on in my pantry, one is for a purse hook and the other for the "comfy" sweater you leave on the main floor in case you get cold. Very Happy!
