Write a Reviewissue with included hardware

Really like the product itself, however the little screws that came with it for installation were defective. My husband had a bad time trying to install. Thanks

quality issues

Item received damaged inside package. The card board box that the item was shipped in was in excellent condition but the contents were a mess. Either the mounting template provided or the product dimensions were off. After using the mounting template and installing the mounting brackets, I could not attach the towel bar to the brackets because they were mounted too close together. Even though the brackets allow for adjustment, I was unable to adjust them to be able to mount the towel bar. My only options left were to drill more holes in the wall or shorten the towel bar. I elected to shorten the towel bar and everything is fine now except the cosmetic damage to the item when it was first received.
